Location: Matthew and Hazeltine Smith Trail

Rating: 3stars
Difficulty: 2stars  Solitude: 3stars
Miles Hiked: 1.50 Miles  Elapsed Time: 52 minutes

Comments:

Wildlife count: one white-tailed deer, 3 turtles, plenty of birds, plenty of small- to medium-sized fish, 2 bikers, and a group of 4 other hikers were arriving just as we were leaving

Some parts of the trail (going across the meadow in the NE part of the trail) were a bit grown-over. The waterfall was nice, but hard to see without leaving the trail. The interpretive signs were a nice touch.
