Crowded, but with a few quiet spots

The terrain is a mix of open fields and Oak-Juniper woodlands. Expect a bit of shade and Sun.

Comments: The trails here are of two types, wide, somewhat crowded and often paved and secluded singletrack with hardpack surface. The best spots are along Slaughter Creek at the far south end of the park. Here you'll find few people, less road noise and a couple of nice views of the creek. The large concrete loop in the middle of the park gets the most traffic. Still, it's not like Town Lake.
